It Don’t Mean a Thing if You Ain’t Got that Swing!

Leave it to us to mix history and fun.

When we bring Big Bad Voodoo Daddy to the Sprint Center's stage Feb. 26, the Red Cross will be introducing Kansas City’s jazz band-era sound to one of the city's newest showcase establishments.

Known as "America’s favorite little big band," BBVD has a historical sound that appeals to older generations with an energetic edge that will captivate the younger crowd as well.

BBVD’s original hits, Go-Daddy-O and You and Me and the Bottle Makes Three Tonight rocketed them to stardom in the mid ’90s when they were featured in the indie film, Swingers.

The group just released its eighth album in 16 years, and ball attendees will hear new tunes mixed with old favorites.

The group’s latest album, How Big Can You Get?, which was inspired by Cab Calloway, will provide guests with a "high-voltage jolt of winning, feel-good energy."
